Can I setup a credit account?

We will consider applications for credit accounts from companies or individuals. Normally these will only be granted where you have already placed orders in excess of £500 with us over the previous 3-6 months.

Where a credit account is granted the credit limit will reflect the level of business over the last 3-6 months and your expected level of future business. If you wish to apply for a credit account please email accounts@getonline.co.uk or click here.

If this is your first order or you require the services setting up immediately we would recommend an alternative method of payment (typically credit card, cheque or bank transfer) as it can take up to 2 weeks to setup a credit account.

For large Ltd. / Plc. companies, local council funded or government bodies we would consider setting up an immediate credit limit but would require an official order to be faxed to us (see here for our fax numbers).

For all credit accounts our payment terms are strictly 14 days after invoice date.
