What happens when my service
comes due for renewal?

Payment is normally due each anniversary year although some services may renew at different periods (for instance most domain names are initially registered for a period of 2 years).

Customers will be sent a renewal notice detailing the domain(s) and Internet service(s) due for renewal with details of how to pay for the further period.

If you do wish to renew your domain name(s) or Internet service(s) please ensure payment reaches us in plenty of time before the renewal date to help ensure a continuous service.

However, if you do not wish to continue with a domain name or Internet service please contact us as soon as possible to let us know so we can cancel them.
