Modify DNS Records

This page applies to all domain name types.

It is important to note that we can only accept DNS change requests from the current registrant and the domain name has be on our DNS servers.

What you need to do

To modify the DNS server records for a domain name you will need to raise a support ticket and include the following information:

• Your domain name/s
• Your customer number
  • You will find this on any invoice or renewal notice that we have sent to you
• The DNS changes that you require (MX, A, CNAME records etc)

Once we have received and verified your request we will update the DNS records and confirm by reply that it has been completed.

The changes will start taking effect straight away but could take up to 24 hours to update across the Internet.
