If you do not have a letterhead to use
when faxing your transfer / modification request please provide
additional information from at least two of the following sections:

If paid by cheque - the
cheque number used to purchase or renew the domain. |

If you have made a payment online -
the unique transaction number for the payment (this will
have been in the payment confirmation email). |

|
Your account number and the last invoice
/ renewal note number you received. |
|
|
The email address you have currently
registered with us. |
|
|
Any username and password we have issued
to you (for web or email services) on the same account
as the domain name. |
