US
Domain Renewal: domain.com

This is for the renewal of your .com / .net / .org domain
/ website name for a 2 year period, it just gives you
the exclusive right to use that domain name on the
Internet. It does not include any web or email services,
they are billed seperately.

Domain Renewal: domain.co.uk
|
This is for the renewal of your domain name ending
in .uk for a 2 year period, it
just gives you
the exclusive right to use that domain name on the Internet.
It does not include any web or email services, they are
billed seperately.

Domain
Renewal (No Zone): domain.com
|
This is the same as a UK / US domain name renewal but
we only provide a management service for the domain
name, no web / email / DNS services are provided by
us.

DNS
Hosting Renewal: domain.com
|
This is where we host the DNS for your domain name and
possibly provide web / email services but we are not
responsible for the renewal of your domain name, for
this you will need to contact the company who you registered
it with, you can check this on the whois search.

of Web Server (Flex #3) for www.domain.com (100MB space
/ 1000MB traffic)

This is for our current standard web hosting package
on your domain name, it provides webspace so that you
can put your website on the Internet and receive emails
@yourdomain.com.

of Web Server (Email Only) for mailhost.domain.com
|
This is our current standard email only package so that
you can receive emails @yourdomain.com.

of Web Server (Webmail / Email Services Only) for mailhost.domain.com

This is our current standard email only package so that
you can receive emails @yourdomain.com plus it also includes
some kind of web forwarding so that www.yourdomain.com
redirects visitors to www.yourisp.com/yourfreespace
(or whatever address you wish).

of Web Server (Frame Redirect) for www.domain.com
|
This is a web forwarding service so that if some goes
to www.yourdomain.com they will be redirected to www.yourisp.com/yourfreespace
(or whatever address you wish).
When using a frame redirect the visitors will not see
www.yourisp.com/yourfreespace in the address bar at the
top of their browser, it will always stay as www.yourdomain.com
until they go to another website. This is called 'HTML
Frame/s'.

of Web Server (Header Redirect) for www.domain.com
|
This is a web forwarding service so that if some goes
to www.yourdomain.com they will be redirected to www.yourisp.com/yourfreespace
(or whatever address you wish).
When using a header redirect the visitors will instantly be redirected to www.yourisp.com/yourfreespace
and they will see that address in the address bar at the top of their browser.

This is a web forwarding
service so that if some goes to www.yourdomain.com they
will be redirected to www.yourdomain2.com
This is a special type of redirect that can only be done with a site hosted
with GetOnline and works as follows:

shared data redirect setup to point to www.yourdomain2.com

A single user dialup account is the older type of Internet
access that was used before broadband, this type of
service is not used for primary Internet access anymore
but can be used as an important backup to your broadband
or for mobile users who can get access to a telephone
line (UK Only).

space / 500MB traffic)

This is a web hosting package for a secure website where
you are asking visitors to submit sensitive data to
you through your website such as credit card details
etc. Any information /exchanged between our servers
and the visitors web browser is encrypted. You also
need a secure certificate to work in conjuntion with
secure webspace.

Secure
Server Certificate: secure.domain.com
|
A secure certificate works in conjunction with your secure
webspace so that visitors to your website know that you
are who you say you are. The authorative companies for
these certificates make stringent checks when you apply
for them so that a vistor to your site can be safe in
the knowledge they are actually dealing with the company
who they think they are dealing with. More information

This is a description used when we carry out work on
your actual website.

Excess
Traffic Usage for: www.domain.com
|
Excess traffic relates to the amount of traffic/visitors
you have received in a monthly period on your website.
All
account types are restricted in the amount of traffic
you can
use
in
a month and if you use well in excess of these limits
you will be invoiced without prior notice as
per our
T&Cs and AUP.
