the complaint has been discussed over the telephone with a
member of our staff and a prompt resolution has been reached
to the clients satisfaction.
In the unlikely event that
you have a complaint about GetOnline and/or the service that
you have received and you have not been able to resolve the
issue with our support staff over the telephone please write
to us detailing the following:
- Your name
- Your address
- Your contact details (email address and telephone number)
- Your customer number
- A brief description of the initial problem that has led
to you making this complaint
- Any other comments you wish to add
- What action you would like to see to resolve the matter

least 3 working days for it to reach us. Upon receipt, the matter
will be investigated and we will respond to you within 2 working
