Complaints Procedure

In the unlikely event that you have a complaint about GetOnline and/or the service that you have received and you have not been able to resolve the issue with our support staff via email or the ticketing system please write to us detailing the following:

  • Your name
  • Your address
  • Your contact details (email address and telephone number)
  • Your customer number
  • A brief description of the initial problem that has led to you making this complaint
  • Any other comments you wish to add
  • What action you would like to see to resolve the matter

Please send this first class and allow at least 3 working days for it to reach us. Upon receipt, the matter will be investigated and we will respond to you within 2 working days via email (If available) and in writing.

Please note: For security purposes, visits by clients or suppliers to our offices without prior appointment is not permitted.
