Modify DNS Servers

This page applies to all domain name types.

It is important to note that we can only accept DNS transfer requests from the current registrant and the domain name has be managed by us.

What you need to do

To change the authoritative DNS servers for a domain name you will need to raise a support ticket and include the following information:

• Your domain name/s
• Your customer number
  • You will find this on any invoice or renewal notice that we have sent to you
• The new DNS server hostnames

Once we have received and verified your request we will update the DNS servers and confirm by reply that it has been completed.

The changes will start taking effect straight away but could take up to 24 hours to update across the Internet.
